TERMS & CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT & BALANCE PAYMENT

On completion of our Sales Agreement, a non-refundable £3000 deposit is required, unless otherwise stated. The final balance payment is due a minimum of 14 days prior to delivery to the customer. 

CRANE REQUIREMENT

If a hi-ab or crane is required, all charges are additional and must be paid directly to the Contractor; Hot Tub Haven Ltd accepts no responsibility in this matter. 

TITLE OF GOODS

Title of the goods remains with Hot Tub Haven Ltd until final payment is made in full. 

CANCELLED ORDERS

An overall 25% restocking/administration charge will be applied to any cancelled stock orders, or 50% for any cancelled factory orders.

DELIVERY DATES

The estimated delivery date quoted is approximate and subject to factors outside the control of Hot Tub Haven Ltd therefore any delays resulting from these factors (such as shipping/manufacturing) cannot be used as grounds for cancellation.

For simplicity throughout this notice, the terms ‘we’ and ‘us’ means Hot Tub Haven Ltd.

Personal data consisting only of your Name, Billing/delivery address, Email and Telephone number will be collected when you:

1)    Engage with us on social media
2)    Download one of our online brochures.
3)    Contact us by any means with sales queries.

Why we collect your personal data
We want to give you the best possible customer service. One way to achieve that is to get the best picture we can of who you are by combining the data we have about you. We then use this to offer you promotions, products and services that are most likely to interest you. The data privacy law allows this as part of our legitimate interest in understanding our customers and providing the highest levels of customer experience.

We will use your personal date to process any orders that you make by using our website, over the phone or at one of our retail sites. If we  do not collect your personal data at point of check out, we will not be able to process your order and comply with our legal obligations.
For example, your details may need to be passed to a third party to supply or deliver the product that you ordered and we may keep your details for an indefinite period afterwards in order to fulfil any contractual obligations such as refunds and warranty claims.
Sometimes, we will need to share your details with a third party who is providing a service (such as delivery agents). We do so to maintain our order contract with you. Without sharing your personal data, we’d be unable to fulfil your order.

How we protect your personal data
We understand that data security matters to all our customers, so we will treat your data with the utmost care and take every appropriate step to protect it. How long we keep your personal data
All data relating to your order (your name, delivery address, email, phone number, order details) is kept indefinitely. You have the right to completely remove all of your details from our data, however please consider if you think you'll need any spare parts or need to process a warranty claim in the future. We use past order history to help select the correct parts for you. To request that your account and all data is completely removed, please email info@hottubhaven.com
All data relating to your sales enquiry within our business (your name, address, phone number, email) is kept for a period of 5 years. If you have not entered into a contract with us within this time period your details will be deleted.

Who we share your personal data with
We sometimes share your personal data with trusted third parties.
For example, delivery agents. The policy we apply to those organisations to keep your data safe and protect your privacy is as follows:
1)    We provide only the information they need to perform their specific services.
2)    They may only use your data for the exact purposes we specify in our contract with them.
3) We work closely with them to ensure that your privacy is respected and protected at all times.

The third parties we work with
We work with third parties such as:
1) Operational companies like delivery agents.
3) Google and Facebook to show you products that might interest you while you’re browsing the internet.
This is based on either your marketing consent or your acceptance of cookies on our websites.
3) Finance Companies if you require finance for your purchase, we provide them with only the information they need to perform their function.

Your rights regarding your personal data
You have the right to request:
1) Access to the personal data we hold about you, free of charge
2) The correction of your personal data when incorrect, out of date or incomplete.
3) That we stop using your personal data for email marketing

Where we are processing your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest, you can ask us to stop for reasons connected to your individual situation. We must then do so unless we believe we have a legitimate overriding reason to continue processing your personal data.

You can stop the use of your personal data for direct marketing
There are two ways you can stop direct marketing communications from us:
