It was great to be able to go to view the hot tubs in the showroom, where Nigel helped us make the best choice for us. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in all areas. Ordering the hot tub was a straightforward process and Nigel kept us informed of expected delivery date, etc. He visited our home to advise on placement of hot tub and also access for the delivery. On the day of delivery the team were all brilliant. All very professional and polite and did a great job. Everything went to plan. We’ve now been using our new hot tub for a while and we couldn’t be happier. We’re very impressed with our Artesian product so far, and wish we’d purchased one sooner."
