We couldn't recommend this firm highly enough. After a couple of underwhelming visits to competitors who clearly hated their profession, we came across Nigel - a man passionate and extremely knowledgeable about his business.
The customer service offered by him was literally beyond compare, the attention to detail was very welcome (we had no idea what we were doing!), and the after-sales support invaluable when it came to organising the garden and power supply pre-installation. Nigel was available at the end of the phone at the drop of a hat, and he was always pleased to hear from us. On top of all this, he's a thoroughly nice chap.
The installers were also utterly superb, and they offered us helpful advice on the running of the tub moving forwards. They've also been clear that the after-sales support never stops - which is really appreciated. We've now had the tub for two days, and it's a game-changer. Thanks again, Nigel and team - we will certainly be recommending you guys to anybody thinking of investing in a tub
We had been thinking of getting a hot tub for a while and Nigel was extremely helpful and informative in the showroom. He also came onsite to look at the area where we wanted it to ensure it would work there etc. We decided to stop putting it off and just do it! We have not regretted that decision. Since the installation which was very efficient and easy we’ve been in the hot tub almost every day! Not only is it a fun and relaxing thing to do but the massage elements of the jets are particularly beneficial to my partner who’s suffering from some post radiotherapy side effects. It looks great too. We’re delighted with it.
Nigel was amazing what he does not know about hot tubs is not worth knowing. He was so helpful , we took our time deciding what tub to get and the cost of electric going up but nigel kept me informed of all the best deals that were available and how little it was to run. We had our hot tub delivered by crane yest no problems at all , nigel was here to make sure all was OK. Hot tub set up and tonight was our first night in it , it was well worth the wait , tensions of the working day gone after a few mins in the hot tub, the jets are amazing . Thank you so much nigel. Would definitely recommend .
If you are thinking of getting a hot tub go and speak to Nigel at Hot Tub Haven. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, helpful and his aftercare is second to none. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone interested in more information on hot tubs or indeed buying one. Nigel coordinated the construction of our base and the crane needed to place it in our garden. The installation team were fantastic also. We absolutely love our Artesian hot tub.
Everything was perfect, Nigel was great from the first time we met him in the showroom all the way to delivery and installation, and he took the time out to visit once the hot tub was installed to make sure everything was ok. Excellent communication throughout and exceptional customer service. And the hot tub is fantastic too! A really positive buying experience and I can really highly recommend Hot Tub Haven and Nigel.

We recently purchased a fantastic hot tub from Nigel at Hot Tub Haven. We’ve not had a hot tub before, so this is our first experience. And we’re over the moon with it! It was great to be able to go to view the hot tubs in the showroom, where Nigel helped us make the best choice for us. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in all areas. Ordering the hot tub was a straightforward process and Nigel kept us informed of expected delivery date, etc. He visited our home to advise on placement of hot tub and also access for the delivery. On the day of delivery the team were all brilliant. All very professional and polite and did a great job. Everything went to plan. We’ve now been using our new hot tub for a while and we couldn’t be happier. We’re very impressed with our Artesian product so far, and wish we’d purchased one sooner.

We bought our hot tub late last year after dropping into the leatherhead branch. Nigel was so helpful and informative. He answered all our questions both on the running of the hot tub and also how we could prepare the site for its installation. We had visited several other hot tub places before but when we left leatherhead we both said how useful and knowledgeable he had been without the hard sell approach. The tub he suggested was just right for our family use and since its installation we have had the reassurance of his knowledge on the other end of the phone. I would without shadow of a doubt recommend this company. Our hot tub is one of the most extravagant things we have purchased and we certainly didn't want to make the wrong call. Very pleased we chose them
Purchased our Island Spa Hot Tub back in July from Hot Tub Haven and it has exceeding our expectations. The service and advice provided by Nigel from the initial discussions to after sale care is excellent. Hot Tub was delivered and installed on time and the quality seems to be very good. Was initially slightly concerned about maintenance but this is actually straightforward and only takes about 30mins per week. Overall very satisfied.
I totally love my hot tub from Hot Tub Haven. It’s my happy place and I feel so much happier and calmer when I’ve been in, and I sleep better. I often get asked if I use it (which seems to be a common worry that puts people off) and I absolutely do. I use it 3-4 times a week and am often in it in the evening before bed, under the stars. I used to love a bath but never use it any more because being out in the open air in a huge bath is so much better. It gives you space.
We just it all year round. The kids love it and in the summer hop between it and the paddling pool for hours!
Thank you to Nigel, whose customer service has been great. Do it! You won’t regret it!
A great experience from start to finish. The team were fantastic from the purchasing experience through to the delivery and set up of the hot tub.
We are delighted with our spa and it completes our outdoor living space.

We visited Hot tub Haven at The Vineries garden centre in Bookham, Nigel took time to explain the range of models available from the leading American manufacturer “Artesian”
Everything was explained clearly and no pressure was made for us to make up our minds, we chose a special edition model which has lots of features and was outstanding value for money.
A delivery date was fixed and everything went smoothly and was professionally managed. The tub was delivered carefully and all details explained, operations / chemicals etc.
We have had a couple of queries subsequently which have been dealt with immediately, which is reassuring, excellent customer support!
When we did our research and found there are lots of web based only companies selling tubs, but believe that Hot Tub Haven offer the best overall value, reliability, after sales service and warranty on the market! Thank you we are very happy! Highly recommended⭐️

Nigel is was very friendly and helpful. The Artesian hot tubs are of a higher quality and worth the money. They also came with a very comprehensive warranty. Highly recommended.
Really pleased with eveything.. The sales service and after sales service have been second to none, and of course the spa that we bought (Artesian Hawaii) - absolutely loving it - great quality, great times!!
